He is entering his 22nd year in the financial planning industry, after many reqarding years as a Marriage and Family Counselor. Having special interest in "elder years" planning, Steve is particularly devoted to finding creative ways for families to afford the expenses associated with aging, as well as exploring ways that elders can prolong their ability to live on their own.

In addition to being an active member of his church, he volunteers his time and knowledge providing financial counseling to residents of Haven of Hope, a local ministry which provides housing and counseling to women and children.
Kathy Blanchat, Director of Client Service
Kathy has called the Wenatchee Valley home for over 20 years. She earned her Business Administration degree, with a minor in Economics, in 1985 from Washington State University. Since then, her 13-year financial planning career has included experience as a Client Service Associate, Client Service Manager, and her current role as Director of Client Services for Telos Wealth Management.
Kathy has four children Nathan, Aaron, Alyssa and Kale. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending or watching sporting events, playing softball, reading and watching movies.
Reggie Gross, C.F.O. & Director of First Impressions
Reggie grew-up in Central California where her family had a third generation vineyard. Shortly after she married Sean, they fulfilled his dreams and moved to his childhood stomping grounds in Washington to begin raising children. Never tiring of God's beautiful creation all around, Reggie never looked back! One year after moving to Washington, their first daughter, Devan, was born in 1992. Twenty months later, their son Connor was born. Twelve years later, the Lord allowed Trinity (Reggie's eight year old niece) to be adopted into the Gross family.
Reggie worked in medical reception and administration for a short time in California and Washington until she had her precious children. Together, with Sean, they decided that home education was best suited for their family, so Reggie continued to home make and home school until Sean founded Telos. The timing couldn't have been better for her to step out and help her husband with details of the growing business.
When Reggie isn't standing by her man at home or the office, she enjoys traveling with him, relaxing by the ocean, and cooking for friends and family.

Devan Gross, Director of Communications
Sean and Reggie's daughter, Devan, has been blessed to call the Wenatchee Valley home her whole life where she grew up skiing, swimming, and recreating. She attended the Running Start program through Wenatchee Valley College where she holds an Associate of Fine Arts in Music. After graduating high school, she attended Jackson Hole Bible College in Wilson, Wyoming and earned a certificate in Biblical Foundations in 2010. She is now studying General Communications through Regent University and will be interning at Telos throughout the coming year. Devan also works at four boutiques in Leavenworth where she gets to meet and serve travelers from all over the world. Along with teaching violin and swimming, Devan is a certified ski instructor.
Devan enjoys playing music at church with her brother, random adventures, anything made out of matcha green tea, and small cliff jumping.
